So you've got a house on Crystal, but have no idea what to do with it? I'd be happy to help you decorate it! Please note that I am unable to decorate apartments or FC rooms for others.

In case you're wondering why it's missing from my portfolio, I unfortunately haven't had the chance to decorate a mansion yet. If you have a mansion please dear god hire me.

Pricing

Prices include all furniture, materials, dyes, and the yard.

Small: 8 million

Medium: 15 million

Large: 23 million

I only accept payment in gil and the full amount is due upfront.

At this time I do not give discounts for things like removing the yard from the design, giving me furniture, etc. It is simply much easier for me to give you a basic, flat, all-inclusive price. However, this means you don't need to worry about anything - just wait for me to be done!

The first thing you should know is that I am a little picky these days with what commissions I pick up!

I prefer to do one or two floor builds, which means I want to block off a lot of space so that you can have a lot more details and a unique build. I also do a lot of glitching (however I do not use mods in my housing work). If you want a build that uses all the available space I will be happy to direct you to another designer.

I'm open to doing any style and theme, but when left to my own devices I generally will lean towards doing a semi-modern design.

Also, I am not the fastest decorator unfortunately (it takes time to float all those partitions). It usually takes me a week or two to complete a build, perhaps even longer. However, I will communicate with you the entire way.

Please don't be intimidated! I prioritize communication and setting expectations so that everyone involved knows what's going on.
